Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Principal Implementation Consultant to work remotely across the United States. You will bring deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise from day one, design solutions with AI and Power Automate, and lead multi-project engagements with customers.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams, build rapid proofs-of-concept, mentor colleagues, and expand opportunities while delivering high-quality tax provision implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI (e.g., Claude) to build customer solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge implementing ASC 740 tax provision processes, ONESOURCE Tax Provision/Workpapers/Data Import, ONESOURCE DataFlow, ONESOURCE APIs, Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects.
• Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery.
• Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews and scope remediation.
