Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 15+ years leading electrical hardware engineering.
• Deep expertise in server/rack-scale electrical architectures (PCIe Gen4/5/6) and high-speed signaling (SI/PI).
• Extensive experience designing power delivery architectures, PDNs, and system serviceability.
• Proven track record leading complex hardware programs from concept to production.
• Ability to drive technical strategy across organizations and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCIe architecture strategy and roadmaps for AI infrastructure platforms.
• Define memory subsystem architectures and validation methodologies; investigate memory performance.
• Drive platform and rack-level power architecture development and optimization.
• Define systems management strategies, including BMC, telemetry, health monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Provide senior technical leadership for customer escalations and executive reviews.
