Qualifications

• 15+ years of hardware engineering experience delivering complex server/platform solutions.
• Expertise in server enclosure design, processing, storage, I/O subsystems with power/thermal balance.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams through architecture, design, validation, issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and system engineering for next-gen AI server and rack-scale platforms.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of hardware, firmware, and system-level issues across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, validation, product quality, and GPU partners to translate requirements into scalable hardware solutions.
• Coordinate with ODM/JDM partners and global engineering teams to support platform development and manufacturing readiness.
• Communicate strategy, design tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to teams and leadership.
