Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Florida in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive environmental engineering and remediation experience.
• Engineer of Record or Lead Design Engineer on complex, large-scale remediation projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams, specialty consultants, and remediation contractors.
• Hands-on experience with environmental construction oversight and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Sign, seal, review, and approve critical engineering deliverables and construction documents.
• Lead end-to-end Remedial Design and Remedial Action through site closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, field technicians, and remediation subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to the EPA and state regulators.
• Provide technical direction for complex field operations, including site demolition and dewatering.
• Drive quality assurance, regulatory adherence, and mentor mid-level staff.
