Senior Principal Enterprise Portfolio Architect - State Government Solutions - Remote

This role provides technical vision and leadership to align IT solutions with business outcomes, overseeing strategic initiatives for Prime's State Government Solutions line of business, products, and technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing the State Government Solutions portfolio strategy
• Creating architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and presentations to communicate strategy
• Leading architecture and solution definition for strategic products and initiatives
• Researching and adopting emerging technology trends
• Engaging stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities
• Developing policies, standards, and guidelines for IT solutions
• Maintaining current and future state architecture blueprints
• Analyzing and addressing deficiencies, legacy systems, and technical debt
• Ensuring architectural governance and collaboration with stakeholders
• Mentoring technical teams and improving architectural practices

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ in an architect role
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis, architecture, and health care domains
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and frameworks like SAFe
• Advanced communication skills and ability to lead teams

Physical requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Standard physical activities such as sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and visual acuity
