Job summary

ReLogic Research is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Engineer to lead the transition of solid rocket motor technologies into operational systems. This full-time role involves collaborating with various teams to advance low-cost alternative solid rocket motor technologies and requires a strong background in propulsion development.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 8 years of experience in the field, including expertise in static fire testing. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with approximately 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solid rocket motor development or related propulsion field.
• Ability to work across design, manufacturing, testing, and program teams.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical transition efforts across solid rocket motor programs.
• Develop and execute technology transition plans.
• Support small-scale and full-scale static fire testing.
