Responsibilities

• Engineering of crane lifts and turns of ship components weighing over 50 tons.
• Design of temporary ship support, jig fixtures, lifting devices and tools for construction.
• Determine lifting lug locations and NDT requirements, with welded connections.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams and support customer interactions (NAVSEA, etc.).
• Lead or participate in safety, continuous improvement and operations support activities.
