Overview

Executive Search Consultant - Electrical Engineering & Automation

As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team developing precision vacuum pressure measurement instruments for markets such as semiconductor, medical, and industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply deep knowledge of sensors and instrumentation to identify performance limitations and design new architectures and circuits.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support resolution efforts.
  • Develop and launch new vacuum sensing products that offer advantages in performance, cost, and size.
  • Serve as a core member of cross-functional product teams, leading electronics development and release.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong background in low-noise electronics and precision sensors.
  • Experience with embedded microprocessors and multidisciplinary product development.
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Broad technical expertise across electronics, firmware, mechanical systems, and sensors.
  • Hands-on engineering capabilities, including test development and execution.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, documentation control, BOM structures, and ECO processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer and product focus; effective team collaborator.
  • Preferred experience in sensors and instrumentation, vacuum systems, or semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading technical discussions.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Engineering with 6+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
