• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal, Distribution Optimization to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape the enterprise distribution strategy, with a focus on optimizing network design, facility footprint, and service performance to support growth and profitability. You will partner across operations, logistics, finance, and business leadership to evaluate long-range distribution needs and translate them into actionable, cost-effective operating models. The position will also play a key role in assessing 3PL and hybrid solutions, automation opportunities, and other initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience, and customer service.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $220,000 annually
