Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in transportation optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with control tower, 4PL, MSP, and transportation technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principle, Transportation Optimization to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape enterprise transportation strategy across a complex manufacturing environment, with a focus on network design, service levels, capacity, and cost performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve transportation flows, strengthen governance, and drive measurable operational impact. The position also calls for a data-driven leader who can evaluate emerging logistics technologies and influence executive decisions through analytical and financial insight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $220,000 annually
