Job summary

You will lead system-level designs on monolithic and heterogeneous platforms, collaborate with customers and internal centers of excellence, and contribute to performance breakthroughs through patents and publications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in high-speed digital IC design or architecture.
• Experience with SERDES, RF CMOS and high-speed converters.
• Strong background in fine-line CMOS/FinFET processes.
• Exposure to software-defined CMOS communications or radar design.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect signal processing solutions for broadband systems.
• Synthesize differentiated digital architectures for multi-user requirements.
• Develop high-speed converter calibration algorithms.
• Perform broadband signal processing and impairment correction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs.
• Lead design and integration of broadband subsystems.
• Develop multi-GHz digital communication systems.
