Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Data Governance Lead within the DSG group.

You will be a subject-matter expert in clinical trial data governance and proficient in data engineering concepts to enable collaboration with partner functions. You will lead the enterprise governance framework for statistical programming and ensure data access, retention, and quality policies, with data product ownership and metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in clinical trial data governance and statistical programming.
Minimum 3 years in governance leadership and implementation.
Expert knowledge of data privacy guidelines and best practices.
Understanding of drug development and regulatory submissions (NDAs/BLAs).

Responsibilities

Represent the DSG function in leadership and cross-functional teams.
Lead DSG strategy and implement the Enterprise Data Governance Framework.
Monitor policy adherence and data governance best practices in IDASP.
Train team members on domain topics and collaborate with data owners.
Collaborate on modern data platforms for clinical data pipelines and warehousing.
Contribute to SOPs, data quality measures, and governance documentation.
Oversee internal and external contractors and vendor qualification.
Provide time/effort estimates for activities.
