Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Principal TPM to lead data center deployment programs in the United States. You will drive execution from cabling through commissioning, partner with colocation providers, and resolve blockers to protect schedules and budgets.

You will own risk management, governance, and reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely handover of critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a mission critical delivery leader to resolve high-priority program challenges.
• Provide onsite leadership during final deployment stages of AI data center builds, driving cabling, validation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Establish program governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee construction of data centers by colocation providers, delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with executive oversight for coordination with providers.
• Lead budget creation and optimization for efficient resource use and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning and documentation to meet standards.
