Job summary

Oracle Health Infrastructure and Platform Services is seeking an experienced software engineer to build and operate cloud-native, AI-assisted platforms. You will turn manual operations into safe, repeatable runbooks in a regulated environment and contribute to standard practices across projects.

You will define specifications, design and develop software, and collaborate with SREs, security, and backend teams to deliver reliable, scalable services while mentoring colleagues and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering or related experience, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Java or similar OO languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native platform services.
• Collaborate with SREs, release managers, security/compliance, and backend teams.
• Define configuration and implementation best practices.
• Design and implement changes to software architecture to meet needs.
• Provide technical leadership to other developers.
• Work across teams to optimize systems for operations and customers.
• Scale systems by building tooling and automation.
