Senior / Principal Civil Engineer – Land Development JN -042025-158469

We are seeking a seasoned Senior or Principal Civil Engineer with expertise in residential, commercial, or mixed-use land development to lead transformative projects and mentor future engineers. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including design, entitlements, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing large-scale land development projects from planning through construction.
• Leading client relationships and guiding developers through technical solutions and permitting.
• Presenting project visions to officials and community stakeholders.
• Overseeing technical design aspects such as site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities.
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring project quality and strategic contribution.

Qualifications include:

• 12+ years in civil engineering, focusing on land development.
• PE license (PA preferred).
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams and client management.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for community impact.
