Job Description:

What You’ll Do
As part of the Portfolio Business Strategy team, you will support leadership on strategic initiatives, including planning, prioritization, project execution, and creating Tableau dashboards for data visualization. You will also manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

How You’ll Do It

  • Provide logistical support and leadership for setting strategic direction and maintaining alignment within the business.
  • Participate in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
  • Support the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
  • Manage and interpret data on business performance, identify trends, and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Create frameworks to ensure consistent processes across all Product Families, including team communications and training.
  • Develop strategic, executive-level presentations on business performance.
  • Design reports and dashboards to communicate progress towards objectives.
Qualifications You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or related business management roles.
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Physical and Cognitive Requirements

Must meet the physical and cognitive requirements to perform essential functions, with reasonable accommodations as needed by law. This includes primarily remaining stationary, operating office equipment, and effective communication in verbal and written forms. No travel required.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Master’s degree in related fields.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizing data.

Additional Details
