About the job:

We are expanding our ETRM/CTRM implementation practice and seek experienced Senior or Principal Endur Implementation Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading and Risk Management System implementations. You will lead Endur implementations, bringing SME knowledge in deal modeling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy. Your role includes ensuring successful project delivery using best practices in consultancy and project management, and supporting the growth of KWA’s Energy and Commodities consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to determine business requirements and processes addressed by Endur, identifying improvement opportunities and driving change management.
• Document business requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other project deliverables.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Endur modules, commodity/energy operations, financial products, risk management, and accounting.
• Lead implementation activities, including system configuration, testing, and support.
• Follow best practices, documentation standards, and resolution workflows for all deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations based on client needs.
• Provide industry and functional advisory services as needed.
• Apply resource management techniques considering project-specific needs, risks, and team skills.
• Manage relevant stakeholders including clients, project managers, and team members.
• Support the development of junior consultants and contribute to KWA’s Energy and Commodity Consulting Practice growth.
• Provide training on Endur functionalities and ETRM/CTRM topics.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with ION Endur end-to-end implementations.
• Deep understanding of Endur modules and relevant functional areas.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience eliciting requirements, converting them into specifications, and implementing on Endur.
• Knowledge of Commodity or Energy trading (Oil, Power, Gas, Renewables).
• Understanding of deal capture, static data, risk valuation, trade operations, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Front-, Mid-, and Back-office configurations and Endur architecture.
