We are looking for you to join our team as a Senior Principal Budget Analyst based out of Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 schedule.
The Senior Principal Budget Analyst will lead the manufacturing budgeting activities within the Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS) Division and report to the AMS Manufacturing & Sector Quality & Mission Assurance Budgeting Manager.
This role is responsible for indirect cost estimation, utilization planning, cost allocation, tracking, and analysis. The analyst will work closely with the AMS Manufacturing functional teams to develop monthly Indicated Finals (IF) and will prepare and present financial data to internal customers, including month-end actuals, variance analysis and forecasts.
The Senior Principal Budget Analyst has responsibility for all aspects of financial administration for the Sector’s Operations organization, with specific focus on development of both near term and long-term Sector strategy and analysis of alternatives. The position will provide financial oversight in the development and implementation of various projects and works closely with Director’s from the various locations across the Sector.

Primary Level Salary Range: $102,000.00 - $153,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
