Applicants should have 7–10+ years in STEM, aerospace product experience, and strong software/system architecture knowledge. This onsite role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and DO-330 tool qualification work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading medium to large teams in projects.
• Extensive software engineering and system architecture knowledge.
• Experience with proposals and formal bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities, bidding and execution coordination of Avionics tools in support of software development and testing.
• Report program status (schedule, budget, staffing, issues) to management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external customers as needed.
• Lead design and requirements for current and next generation Avionics tools.
• Provide technical leadership to drive roadmaps and tool qualifications.
• Design and deliver solutions that integrate Avionics software for prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate using project management tools and defined processes.
