• Uses modern technologies to debug and troubleshoot highly complex application issues.
• Provides expert technical guidance and support to customers regarding application-related issues.
• Collaborates with security teams to improve development practices and secure coding standards.
• Leads maintenance and testing operations for systems requiring upgrades or patches.

• Establishes production-readiness standards and drives adoption.
