Job summary

Under the OCOFI Director, you will supervise analysts, develop methodologies, and guide evidence-based policy work across departments, with a focus on equity, budget integration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years’ professional analytical work in budgets, contracts, grants, policy, or related areas.
• Graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience; additional substitutions allowed up to 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and reporting protocols for CCNA.
• Draft the CCNA and City Plan sections.
• Engage stakeholders to discuss data implications and plan outcomes.
• Provide high quality research to inform OCOFI strategy and continuous improvement.
