Job summary

City and County of San Francisco’s Department of Children, Youth and Their Families seeks a skilled OCOFI Principal Analyst to design and lead the Citywide Community Needs Assessment project. You will supervise data analysts, coordinate with city departments, and ensure data-driven insights guide policy and program decisions.

In the first years, you’ll develop methodological approaches, draft the CCNA, and build collaborative processes with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of professional analytical work.
• Graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience (up to two years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data collection and reporting protocols for the CCNA.
• Draft the Citywide Community Needs Assessment (CCNA).
• Engage OCOFI stakeholders in plan development and data interpretation.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-department alignment.
