You will lead a vision and roadmap, mentor teams, stay ahead of AI trends, and measure impact with clear metrics, while collaborating with stakeholders across the globe and supporting a flexible, Team Anywhere work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to champion user-centric, high-quality product experiences.
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to real-world products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vision and Roadmap: define end-to-end AI strategy for core products, starting from the user north star.
• Act as an AI Leader: shape product strategy with an AI lens and focus on user-centricity.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other leads.
• Accelerate AI Adoption: support integration of AI capabilities into product development.
• Drive Alignment: coordinate with central platform and other teams on AI initiatives.
• Measure and Iterate: establish KR's and use data-driven insights to improve features.
• Champion the Customer: regularly gather feedback from users and translate into requirements.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: monitor AI trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
• Mentor and Guide: provide expertise on AI technologies and mentor team members.
• Communicate with Impact: present complex ideas clearly to executives and stakeholders.
