Jobot is seeking an experienced Scheduler to own the full lifecycle of project schedules for transmission, substation, and clean-energy projects in Wisconsin. You will apply Primavera P6, layer labor and budget data, and align schedules with baselines and execution roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience scheduling utility-sector work (transmission/substations).
• Hands-on Primavera P6 with labor/cost data in schedules.
• Experience with linear scheduling concepts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of project schedules from build-out to updates using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate schedules across engineering, supply chain, field construction, and startup groups.
• Run critical-path reviews and risk analysis to surface delays and propose fixes.
• Package schedule performance into dashboards and cash-flow projections.
