Job summary

JT Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Primavera P6 Specialist to join our Transportation team in Wisconsin. You will develop and manage complex project schedules, collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet contractual requirements and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience in civil construction, strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office. This on-site role supports multiple Wisconsin offices, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
• 5+ years of project scheduling, planning, or project controls experience within civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry
• Proficiency in Primavera (Oracle) P6
• Knowledge of CPM, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee complex project schedules using Primavera P6
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, deliverables, and schedule requirements
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and implement updates aligned with objectives and contracts
• Perform critical path analysis, scheduling forecasts, and health assessments
• Prepare schedule reports including progress, variance analyses, and forecasts
• Conduct schedule impact analyses for scope changes and delays
• Coordinate to resolve conflicts and optimize resources
• Provide scheduling guidance and communicate risks to stakeholders
