Job summary

Talbert, Bright & Ellington, Inc. (TBE) in Charlotte, NC seeks a Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.

You will work with project managers and engineers to ensure schedules reflect project scope, resources, milestones, and progress while identifying risks and recommending corrective actions, with a focus on CPM scheduling and earned value management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10+ years of project scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional.
• Strong CPM scheduling understanding.
• Experience with transportation or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity coding, calendars, logic ties, and resource loading.
• Establish project baselines and maintain schedule revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on field reports and project team input.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float analysis, earned value, and schedule performance metrics.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts, and recommend mitigation or recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate schedule reviews with project managers.
• Verify schedule compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain scheduling standards, templates, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule status updates.
• Collaborate with cost control and project controls teams to integrate schedule and cost information.
