Qualifications

• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

Responsibilities

• Outpatient medicine focus and disease prevention
• Maintain medical history and records; refer to specialists as needed
• Report to the Associate Medical Director and participate in clinic strategy
• Work onsite at the clinic location; 40 hours per week; limited on-call coverage possibly required
