Job summary
The Pricing & Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and leading bid proposal efforts within the Facility Services division. This role focuses on building detailed cost models, preparing competitive RFP responses, and supporting pricing decisions for new business opportunities and contract renewals across janitorial, maintenance, and integrated facility services.
This position requires strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with labor-based pricing models, service scopes, and contract structures commonly used by leading facility services providers.
The Pricing & Marketing Analyst serves as a key analytical partner to operations, sales, and finance teams, ensuring all pricing solutions are accurate, competitive, and operationally aligned.
