Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned pricing and underwriting professional to join our PBM Underwriting team in a high-impact, individual contributor role. You will formulate pricing strategies and build financial models for retail, mail order, specialty, and rebates across PBM client contracts.

You will collaborate with sales and account services to drive revenue and profitability, leverage advanced Excel techniques for forecasting, and present analyses to Executive Leadership while supporting

Qualifications

4+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Experience managing complex projects over 3-12 months in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services to provide recommendations on pricing and negotiation strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for new business growth and margin retention; and
Apply advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze large sets of pharmacy claims data and build forward looking financial forecasts and P&L statements; and
Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during Executive Underwriting Approval Calls and respond to financial questions in real-time; and
Support Underwriting Managers and Sr. Managers with ad-hoc financial analyses and client implementation projects.
