Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing initiatives and financial modeling across the firm. You will work with the Associate Director of Strategic Pricing to align pricing with firm strategy and profitability goals, while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance forecasting and cost estimation.

The role involves collaborating with attorneys and IT/data teams to implement innovative pricing solutions, including non-hourly arrangements, and evaluating market trends

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related pricing/financial analysis in professional services preferred.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.
Experience with AI/ML tools in pricing and forecasting is a plus.
Proficiency with Elite 3E, Iridium, Excel, Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing arrangements, financial models, and budgets aligned with firm goals.
Create analyses to support pricing strategies and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for pricing development.
Monitor pricing performance and offer actionable optimization recommendations.
Support matter planning, budgeting, and pricing estimates for attorneys.
