Paladin Technologies seeks a Compliance Manager for overseeing wage compliance on public works and government-funded projects. The ideal candidate will manage compliance programs, prepare payroll reports, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local wage laws. This position will oversee company-wide compliance with prevailing wage requirements on public works and government-funded construction projects. This role is responsible for developing policies, coordinating with consultants, ensuring accurate certified payroll reporting, and serving as the subject matter expert on federal, state, and local wage laws-including Davis-Bacon and state-specific regulations. The ideal candidate brings deep regulatory knowledge, leadership experience, and operational awareness of construction prevailing wage and payroll practices.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
