Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent is a plus.
• 2-5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Company Quality Standardization Procedures for valve assembly and testing.
• Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer manuals.
• Perform inspections to identify corrective actions as authorized.
• Perform PMI.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves and equipment per standards.
• Install instrumentation/accessories as necessary.
• Operate diagnostic equipment (EVT, AVK, Hydroset).
• Calibrate measurement equipment per quality procedures.
• Record critical dimensions per specifications.
• Mentor Pressure Relief Valve Technician I and provide OJT training.
• May lead assigned area.
