Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years creating branded PowerPoint presentations in a legal, banking, or corporate setting.
  • Advanced MSOffice skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
  • Knowledge of mapping software MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and correct multiple document types to support the client’s brand.

Location

Midtown Manhattan | New York, NY

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm with a 30-minute break

Work model

4 days in office, 1 day remote initially. 3 days onsite following successful completion of probation and training.

The Senior Presentation Associate serves as a dedicated, client-facing presentation specialist, partnering directly with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, visually compelling business materials. As the sole operator supporting the client, this individual must be highly self‑motivated, professional, and confident in managing relationships while responding to fast‑paced presentation and design requirements.

The role is responsible for creating and enhancing polished corporate presentations, pitchbooks, branded documents, and data‑driven visual content, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and identity standards. Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, is essential, along with advanced desktop publishing and data presentation skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, and working knowledge of InDesign is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also support projects requiring mapping and geographic visualization using tools such as MapInfo, QGIS, or ArcGIS.

Job duties
  • Utilize appropriate logs and tracking software for all presentation work
  • Thoroughly assess job requests
  • Ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
  • Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books materials
  • Create, edit, and correct multiple document types to support the client’s brand
  • Perform intake and workflow coordination functions
  • Use established procedures, standards and formats to complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
  • Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors and clients on job or deadline concerns
  • Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients
  • Perform quality assurance on own work and the work of others
  • Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
  • Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients
  • Adhere to Williams Lea, RRD and client policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
  • Advanced skill in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Adept with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of mapping software (MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
  • Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
  • Able to troubleshoot more complex or advanced tasks, equipment or software concerns on own; understands when to elevate a problem to a supervisory level
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with clients professionally (e‑mail, phone, Microsoft Teams)
  • Must be self‑motivated with a positive attitude
  • Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $25.00 - $36.97 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay.
