West Bend Insurance Company is seeking a Premium Auditor to independently conduct detailed audits of policyholders' operations and financial records to ensure accurate premium determination. This role involves conducting physical and hybrid audits across multiple lines of business, serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of premium audit experience across multiple lines.
• Knowledge of insurance manuals and industry standards (NCCI, ISO, PAAS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct premium audits by examining policyholder operations and financial documentation to determine actual exposure.
• Schedule and perform physical and hybrid audits across lines such as Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Garage.
• Identify and collect documentation to complete thorough audits and calculate earned premiums.
• Mentor Premium Auditor I/II associates and contribute to departmental training.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, policyholders, and internal teams to clarify audit results and resolve discrepancies.
