Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Premium Auditor to join NEIS, LLC, focusing on premium audits for insured businesses across industries. You will examine financial records, classify activities, and prepare audit documents per SOP, ensuring accurate results and timely delivery.

This role offers weekly pay and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, with a 401(k) plan and company matching. Excel proficiency and audit experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years premium auditing experience.
• Experience auditing WC, GL and GARL policies.
• Read, analyze and interpret financial documents.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle premium audits for dedicated AAD customers.
• Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records.
• Prepare schedule to maximize optimal use of time.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and mail to set up audit appointments and request records.
• Examine the policyholder's records and classify business activities.
• Prepare complete audit document and explain results per SOP and client requirements.
• Meet minimum billable requirements.
