Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Premium Auditor in the United States to perform premium audits for dedicated customers, examine financial records, and determine proper classifications. You will communicate with insureds and brokers, prepare audit schedules, and present findings following SOP guidelines.

Required are 3+ years of premium auditing experience, knowledge of WC/GL/GARL, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and the ability to manage audits across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years premium auditing experience, with physical audit experience preferred.
• Experience auditing WC, GL and GARL policies.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents.
• Proficient with Excel for data analysis and presenting findings.
• Strong communication with Agents/Brokers and internal staff.
• Ability to manage multiple audits across entities and locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle premium audits for dedicated AAD customers.
• Prepare for the audit by identifying necessary information and records.
• Prepare schedule to maximize time efficiency.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and mail to setup audit appointments and request records.
• Examine the policyholder's records, gather data to determine correct classifications and write a description of operations.
• Prepare complete audit document using SOP and client requirements and explain results.
• Meet minimum billable requirements.
