Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electrical work, an electrical apprenticeship, and strong leadership; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical apprenticeship desired.
• Minimum 10+ years in electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to production team members and manage labor use.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
• Create BOMs for prefabricated products.
• Manage warehouse functions including receiving and inventory controls.
• Conduct QA/QC checks to maintain high standards.
• Ensure safety is the top priority on every task.
