Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead teams of project stakeholders through the preconstruction process.
• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates from conceptual design through construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility.
