Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

• Experience with budgets, constructability reviews, and VE analyses.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, geotechnical reports, and contract docs to define scope.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed construction cost estimates.
• Evaluate risks, schedule impacts, and constructability during planning.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, subs, and internal teams.
• Develop value engineering options and assist with bid documentation.
