This Senior Preconstruction Manager reports directly to the Director of Preconstruction for the Industrial Division and is a member of the Preconstruction and Estimating Group. Success is determined by their ability to develop our team members, build strategies to win work, and execute high‑quality preconstruction services.
Our Need: A proven leader who has a keen technical knowledge of preconstruction services, construction estimating, and a hard‑charging drive to succeed. Experience in the Industrial market, and specifically process and manufacturing, is strongly encouraged and will be considered in our evaluation of the candidate.
This position would be located in one of our regional offices in Janesville, Madison, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and would oversee projects and interact with team members across all of our service areas nationwide.
