Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• LEED AP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Managers, Design Managers, and staff augmentation personnel.
• Oversee project intake, planning, design development, documentation, and procurement activities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, reporting tools, and CSU/State procurement compliance.
• Coordinate hand-off to Construction Management and Facilities Management and liaise with campus departments.
