You will guide proposal development, risk assessment, and coordination across design, engineering, operations and manufacturing to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires deep preconstruction expertise, strong client-facing skills, and a track record of negotiating contracts and managing budgets. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, architecture, construction management, or similar field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of preconstruction experience.
• Experience in construction/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience with Procore and other construction tech; AI experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing capabilities.
• Proven contract review and negotiation experience.
• Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of the design/build process.
• Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with design, engineering, operations and project delivery.
• Develop and manage preconstruction work plans, schedules, and SOWs.
• Review RFPs, contracts, and project manuals; identify risks and potential pitfalls.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to develop proposals and installation scopes.
• Maintain adherence to budget, quality and safety standards; inspect sites during preconstruction.
• Lead the preconstruction process from pursuit to approved customer submittals.
• Manage schedule, scope, and design changes from proposal through 100% construction documents.
