Based in Westlake, TX, this full-time role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings and specs, and coordinating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years estimating experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple estimation teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong safety culture and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators to secure work at the right price.
• Manage tasks, strategies, resource leveling, and close-out.
• Present detailed estimates to executives and clients.
• Analyze drawings and specs to define scope.
• Review proposals and documentation to support cost estimates.
• Develop proficiency in InEight Estimate.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor selection.
