• At least 10 years of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators and engineers in pursuits to get the work at the right price.
• Task management, strategies, resource leveling, and estimate close out processes.
• Present detailed estimates to executive management and clients.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to understand the scope of the work.
• Review proposals and documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Become proficient in InEight Estimate.
• Provide leadership in subcontractor and vendor selection process.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
