Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead commercial project estimates from start to finish in Columbus, OH. You will drive the preconstruction phase, build strong relationships with owners and architects, and present cost information to clients.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience on commercial projects, advanced estimating skills, and the ability to manage subcontractor bidding and VE ideas. Competitive compensation and bonuses offered.

• Experience: 5-10 years on commercial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Estimating & Strategy: Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates; perform detailed takeoffs; develop preliminary schedules; formulate VE ideas; source viable material alternatives; review estimates; manage staffing and general conditions; maintain market knowledge.
• Bidding & Subcontractor Management: Build and manage subcontractor bid lists; drive bidding; analyze bids and scopes; maintain relationships with subcontractors.
• Client & Architect Leadership: Build strong relationships with Owners and Architects; prepare professional presentations; present cost information and estimates to clients.
