Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating and project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects and bidding pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, especially Divisions 5, 6, 8, 9, 10.
• Experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, interior finishes, and related scopes.
• Proven success with budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
• Strong subcontractor and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for commercial construction projects.
