LeoForce is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Estimator / Project Manager to lead estimating, preconstruction, and execution for commercial projects. The role oversees bid strategy, cost control, subcontractor relations, and overall profitability from concept through closeout.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction knowledge and advanced estimating expertise to deliver accurate bids, protect margins, and meet client expectations throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating and project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects and bidding pipelines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating for commercial construction projects.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals.
• Evaluate plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, developers, and subcontractors throughout the preconstruction process.
• Perform value engineering analyses to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage project costs, budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee change order pricing, negotiations, and execution.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Support project teams from award through project closeout to ensure successful execution.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
