Job summary

LeoForce in Asbury Park, NJ is seeking a Senior Estimator/PM to lead preconstruction and estimating for commercial projects from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.

You will perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and value engineering, manage subcontractor relationships, and support project teams with buyout, change orders, and cost forecasting to protect margins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating and/or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and interior construction trades.
• Experience estimating and managing multi‑million‑dollar commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor buyout, vendor negotiations, and change orders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, margins, and project profitability.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
