The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead pursuits, initiate conversations with owners, act as the main contact with proposed clients, and manage the estimating group in certain functions. This role involves daily involvement in the preconstruction phase of projects by sourcing and reviewing opportunities, preparing budget estimates and schedules, and formulating work plans based on designs from conceptual to construction documents. The Sr. Estimator helps develop project GMPs by performing quantity take-offs, soliciting subcontractor pricing, and applying historical cost data. The position involves working with both public and private clients.
