Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections using gauges to ensure compliance with specs and drawings.
• Operate measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
• Complete inspection records and checklists with accuracy for traceability.
• Identify non-conforming products and generate nonconformance reports as needed.
• Document information on shop travelers and inspection sheets for proper traceability.
• Verify paperwork is complete at each stage of the process.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments to maintain efficiency.
• Support additional quality-related tasks as directed by management.
